Custom Policy

Due to increasing demand, moving forward I will be limiting the amount of customs we take on at a time, in an effort to better serve my customers in a timely manner. 

Custom Slots will be posted when they become available, and will only be available on a first come, first serve basis. Slots will be available to reserve on our website under "Custom Orders", and will require a $150 NON-Refundable deposit. Once your spot is paid for, I will reach out to you and we can come up with a plan for what you are wanting, and come up with an agreed upon quote for the totality of the project. Once a final quote is agreed upon, I will be requiring 100% of payment (less the $150 deposit) upfront, before I start on your custom. If you will need your piece shipped*, shipping will be included in the quote.

Turn around time for custom projects will be 4-6 weeks, starting from the time payment is received in full. If you need your custom before the standard turn around time, it may be subject to a rush fee, to be determined during the quote process. 

Once your project is complete I will notify you that it is ready for pickup, or confirm shipping information and get it sent out.
