Shipping Policy:
We primarily ship USPS, unless otherwise discussed or agreed upon. We ship Monday-Friday, hours determined by our local USPS office. Online orders will ship within 1-3 business days. We highly recommend if your order is over $100 to choose trackable shipping and/or added insurance. Shipping options are offered at checkout. For customs please ask about shipping during our quote process.
*Shipping is handled by our carriers, we do not physically get in the truck and deliver items ourselves, therefor we have no say or control over how quickly your item may get to you, especially during high volume seasons. Please be patient with our carriers, they are also doing their best. Once an item is shipped, JRock is not responsible for anything that may happen to a package after leaving the workshop. We will work with you to help locate your package if lost, but do not expect us to replace or refund any items lost or damaged by USPS, FedEx, or, UPS.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We do not accept any returns or exchanges, unless specifically discussed and approved upon by Jess.
Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception & contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a piece of jewelry breaks due to manufacture defect, please reach out to Jess immediately.
