Refund policy

No refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. If the size is incorrect on an item but it is the size requested by the customer it can be resized for a fee. If it is the wrong size and not what was requested by the customer it will be resized for free. Exchanges on non-custom orders is acceptable within 30 days. If a custom order is canceled the deposit will not be refunded. This covers the cost of design and materials ordered for said custom order.
